The Unfolding Psychology:
When we slow down and listen, the next right step reveals itself.
I offer psychological therapy to help you shift from resistance to awareness, from struggle to growth.
Using evidence-based approaches, we explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences to uncover the strength, clarity, and resilience already within you.

Psychotherapy Approaches
-
Top-Down
Top-down therapy starts with thoughts and beliefs, using techniques like talk therapy (e.g., CBT) to help us recognize and reframe unhelpful thinking patterns, which in turn shifts how the brain processes emotions and guides behaviour.
-
Relational
Relational psychotherapy focuses on how past and present relationships shape our emotions, thoughts, and sense of self. It helps us heal by building a strong, supportive connection with the therapist and exploring patterns in our relationships.
-
Bottom-Up
Bottom-up therapy starts with the body and emotions, helping us feel safe and in control before working through thoughts and memories. It uses techniques like body-based exercises, to calm the nervous system, release tension, and heal trauma from the inside out.
